Features

– Heavy Duty Copper construction for long life and high conductance.
– Includes insulators and screws with acorn nuts.
– Requires Crimping and soldering for best connection

Instructions

– Hold clamp open by wrap of friction tape or cable tie around handles.
– Insert cable under clamp spring.
– Strip cable 1/2″. Be sure wires are free of corrosion.
– Solder cable into copper jaw with rosin core solder and torch or heavy iron. DO NOT USE ACID FLUX OR ACID CORE SOLDER.
– Bolt parts into place in the sequence illustrated.
– For chargers with cell test leads strip cable 3-1/2″ instead of 1/2″ to permit re-connection of the black #18 wire cell test lead.
